1 The Board of Diredtors reserves the right to construe it's own rules and regulationsand to decide
arbitrarily all matters in regard thereof and to formulate and enforce special rules fo any conditions
not covered by this list of rules and regulations.
2 No restriction is placed on any animal that has taken a preimum heretofore (except as noted).
An entry card must secured for each ring in which an animal is to be shown.
3 All entries for livestock must be made by 8:00 am on the day of the exhibition for
afternoon and 30 minutes before show time before the evening horse show.
4 In stock rings, soundness is always considered unless so specified.
5 No owner of stock shall be admitted in the ring when contending for a preimum,
except when actually showing such stock. Ownership is withheld from the judges.
6 There must be two or more entries to constitute a class.
7 Where only one entry is shown, a blue ribbon will be given, but second money will be paid.
If judges do not consider it worthy of a premium, they shall so report and no premium will be given.
8 All premiums will be paid by check.
9 The ages of horses shall be dated from January 1.
10 The Board of Directors may expell anyone from the grounds for rude and
ungentalemanly conduct at any of it's fairs or meetings, and for fraud or attempt to
fraud. or misrepresentation with regard to stock or articles offered for competition
11 The Association is not responsible for articles lost, damaged or stolen.
12 Directors and Officers may not compete in any stock rings.
13 Any objection to judges shall be in writting and must state cause of objection.
Objections must be made before stock is on exhibit before the judges. The ruling of
the board will be final.
14 The society has the right to have rewards made by a committee of special judges at
their discretion.
15 Promiscuous speciality advertising is prohibited. Advertising must be done from the
place of exhibition. Distribution of advertising that conflicts with a concession sold
by the management is prohibited.
16 The rental for stall for horses is $30.00 per stall for the duration of the fair
17 The Society does not assum reponsibility for the payment, collection or remittance of
any special premiums advertised in this list that are offered by any individual,
company or association.
18 Entry fees for Horse Class Shows will be $15.00 per class and on Championship
Night for those who tie, entry fees will be $30.00 per entry for $350.00 and $400.00
classes and $35.00 per entry for $1000.00 and $1500.00 classes. To qualify, an
exhibitor must show in an appropriate class. Pleasure classes qualify for
Championship Night. However. animals can only be shown in one championship
premium class.
19 No person under the influnence of intoxicants will be permitted in ths show ring.
20 The Society will try in any way to prevent accidents. loss of property or damage to
any person or property.
21 Open classes are open to all exhibitors unless otherwise noted.
22 Entries made in 4-H and FFA must have been produced in conjunction with an
approved project.
